As someone from out of town. I have been trying to find a Mexican restaurant that reminds me of home and Azteca hits the spot! The rice is authentic, the cheese is quality and even the tortillas taste homemade. Everything is mild but very flavorful. I cleaned out my 2 plates that's how good it is! That saying rings true "do not judge a book by its cover." I can't wait to go back!

If you have never had white sauce, prepare for a taste sensation. If you have had white sauce, get ready for next level. Service so super friendly and the food is great quality and tasty Tex Mex.

Great food, TOP NOTCH SERVICE!We came here pretty late on a Friday night, just before closing, but we received excellent service from everyone. Even a few waitstaff who weren't our server walked by refilled our drinks and asked if we needed anything, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and was very friendly!

Doubd it on google and wanted to try it. Walked in to staff with smiling faces and greeted very well at door. Our server made sure we were ok throughout our lunch. EXCELLENT service with our server DAVID thank you! Ordered the green enchiladas and they were freshly made, green sauce was UNBELIEVABLY delicious. The chips and salsa are pretty damn good too We will DEFINITELY be coming back alot more b

This place does great food quick! Parking lot has a counter-clockwise flow around the building. Combo lunches and dinners are plentiful!

Food is Good and generous. The owner and the staff are all nice anf very quick and its great how they check on you and keep you glass full. Great place great people. We will be back!!!

This is my first time here. The experience is well beyond my expectations. I was seated immediately as I came in. My server was at the table less than 30 seconds afterwards. I was gree with the biggest smile and most pleasant disposition ever. My food was at the table within 8 minutes of ordering. The food was hot, well seasoned, a great amount for the price and sooo delicious!!!

It’s one of the best local places in the Hampton Roads area. I’ve been going here ever since I was a child and the food and service has been excellent!The owner is so kind and the staff are the most friendly people you’ll meet around here and the food comes out very quick!It’s always very clean, lively, has sports on, music going, and it makes the atmosphere so lovely. Order anything off the menu and you’ll fall in love with the place!Try the fried ice cream!
